DURHAM, N.C., Feb. 10, 2020 — Implus Corporation,
renowned for its leadership in athletic, fitness, and outdoor accessories, has
announced the appointment of Michael Polk as Interim Chief Executive Officer.
This leadership change comes as Seth Richards, the current CEO, and Todd Vore,
President, transition out of their roles to explore other opportunities.
Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience to Implus. His notable career includes serving as
President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. Prior to that, Polk held
executive positions at Unilever and Kraft. He launched his career at The
Procter & Gamble Company, establishing a strong foundation in the consumer
products sector.

In addition to his new role, Michael Polk is
a board member for Colgate-Palmolive Company and Logitech International. He
holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in operations research
and industrial engineering from Cornell University.
